Hi, I’m Kate Wheeler

I am a Brisbane-based psychologist working with individuals and couples to improve the quality and vitality of their relationships and inner lives.

I have a special interest in an existential framework which proposes that our freedom as individuals is in our ability to choose how we respond to life's challenges - both the little everyday ones and the big, high-stakes ones. The aim of therapy is to create that space of freedom by understanding our past, our present, and what we dare to hope for in our future.
